I also will prefer that the location is not the same as previous games.
the San Andreas map got boring after a while, specially the large flat distances between locations hopefully this is just a rumor and not actual fact.

yea new location would be best and vice city wouldn't work if it wouldn't be 80's theme again

 90's in EU are WIN.
