Definitely entertaining with a handful of good jokes and decent visuals most of the time. The last
Thor movie, however, raised the bar by too much and DC just isn't able to keep up. I'd definitely
recommend watching this if you've enjoyed the previous Superman, Batman, Wonder Woman, etc.
movies but for me things are settled now and Marvel wins.

That's a constant thing in my life. Only slows down when the releases do. :D

I watched Thor Ragnarok again tonight and it's still fantastic.

Went to the cinema to see Black Panther with my sister. Fantastic movie. Very powerful visuals, cool fighting,
some clever comedy and dope music! It feels like Lion King meets Avengers. Was good fun!

Yep, haha. You still see some of them on IMDb writing reviews. All I know is that I enjoyed this movie a lot.

This is a weird movie. It sometimes feels like there's a lack of direction, but the few action scenes are great
and the cyberpunk-ish world they build looks fascinating. But it's a bit of a mess.

Annihilation is a fascinating science-fiction film. There are no big action or fight scenes in it. Instead, it relies on its
eerie and haunting atmosphere that helps tell a sci-fi story in a very unusual way. For people with a genuine interest
in the subject matter of sci-fi that deals with exploration, I can recommend this movie. It's similar to Arrival, I think.

I went and saw Tomb Raider today. I think it's one of the better game movies. There were a lot of good
scenes, but it also had a handful of weak ones and one pretty weak actor. Overall, I enjoyed it watching
Alicia Vikander as young Lara. The movie isn't perfect, but as a fan of the rebooted series, it's a fun watch.

With a big chunk of the backstory done, I really hope they'll make a second movie and dedicate a bit more
screen time to the story. A third of this movie had to be dedicated to how everything to started.

I watched The Last Jedi over the weekend.
I did not like it that much, movie should have been way shorter than the near 3 hour length
I can see why the general public give it a 3 star rating.
They should have focused on developing Rey's character and shown more of Luke's background before the movie timeline.
What I got from the film is that he is a lousy teacher.

    - The rebel bombers fighting against the dreadnought were moving way too slow, those bombs shouldn't weight too much since they are in space
    - The subplots were useless that didn't lead anywhere.
    -
The powerful sith-lord dies in a dumb way
    - Forced love story

    I did like the sci-fi scenery/enviroments/locations/ships

I think a stupid fool spoiled the film already for me
someone put a screen capture and video title
    humanoid encounter
that appeared on recommended videos while I was browsing Youtube

It's not the biggest spoiler but definitely a stupid tag. You should still watch it! I think
only a few can appreciate movies like this and I think we two are part of those few.

I watched Jumanji: Welcome to The Jungle.
I remembered my skeptical reaction when I heard news about the reboot. The film proved me wrong and enjoyed it a lot.
They did a good job at modernizing the plot. Film is very funny and has a decent plot, which every gamer can relate.

That's weird, I must've forgotten to post about Jumanji and only shared it on Discord. I enjoyed it, too.
Very silly but fun to watch. I think I still prefer the original but it was good.

The Commuter was okay. Average action film.
