    Inspiration, mods & tips thread
    ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
I thought it would be good to create a thread to share city building inspiration, workshop mods, and any tips/advice you may have.
Any inspiration shared doesnt just have to be from CSL, it can be real life photos/plans that you find interesting.

Triple post! so I've been collecting some mods here and there for a while in preparation for building a new high rise city after the Night Life update. In my travels I have seen a few mods which I think are quite neat and improve the overall look, so I thought I would share these:

Remove decoration sprites - This mod removes the 'cabbage grass' and other little random world details which don't contribute to much. This help things look less cartoonish and that is a big plus for me.

Remove dirt - This mod removes the dirt patches that circle around props and trees. I think there is also upcoming plans for removing the dirt around road edges too.

More beautification - This mod allows you to place asset props in game in almost any position. Great for adding character and life to a city.

Realistic II - this is my favourite colour LUT at the moment :)

    ------------------------------------------------------------

Ive also found a site which has a few CSL articles which have some useful tips.

You should give it a go azo. Even if you just DL it to begin with. It's a relaxed change from the norm which you can just chip away at every now and then.

It's the mods that make this game even more fantastic, and there might come sale sooner than Christmas. Colossal Order is releasing new DLC soonish, they will announce it today in Gamescom.

Almost looks like a completely different game.

My Assassin senses make me want to climb the building in the screenshot.

Wow, the stuff people achieve in this game is truly mind blowing! I bet devs are so happy people come up with stuff like old ancient cities and airports!

And you're not far off! The mods and tools available now for csl have pushed this game so far forward, the level of creativity is crazy. You could compare a vanilla screenshot against a modded one and easily think it's a totally different game.
