And right anyone who puts effort in doing such things earns my respect. And for WR I know that, especially at the beginning, it's pretty hard to understand how all the stuff works.

btw anyoen know of a good free server that doesn't take a sh** and has ftp upload...racersh*t is down atm and i need somewhere to upload my next loooooow machine

AM,please calm down. I don't think FKZ was being sarcastic at all.You say you can accept critisism,yet when some is said,quite gently,you blow up.

You set up the poll,and like all polls,they're never 100% positive.If FKZ,who is a modder and a damn good one btw,says your work could be better,then take it as constuctive critisism from someone who knows a thing or 2 about it. 15-4 ratio is pretty good in any poll.

About the reviews, why you think you became a mod for? Cos borg needed
help with the reviews. You two WR mods are supposed to do the reviews, you
could've talked to Borg about that, he's always open to such things. I thought
that was clear.

Now please calm down, and don't disappoint the guys who voted for "yes"
with not releasing any of your projects anymore and change your mind :).

If this topic turns into some kind of flame war, I will lock it immediately.

i feel sorry for the one's who voted yes, ok i'm not a scratch modeler...so i shouldn't be gettign comments like this...but seeing as i am...i'm not staying where i'm not wanted...i've already removed my mod status...i'll be sending a pm to borg shortly telling him to delete my account and all of my postings as well because i am not going to stay where i'm not wanted...maybe when WR2 comes out i might start making cars again but not right now i'm too pissed off.

well well, while i am a person who can fly of the handle myself, this was
certainly uncalled for. as sticky said, u cant expect a 100% positive poll.
thats wishfull thinking. not everyone has to like your mods, in fact, i dont
think there can be any mod who everyone likes and thats a good thing imho.

i voted for yes, because i respect the work u put into these mods. i have to
agree doh that the models are lowpoly and thats just not my favorite taste.
they dont have to be highpoly either, but the general shape is kinda important
to me. also the textures are mostly very blurry and the uvw mapping is
stretched. i know (at least u said so) that u didnt model any of these cars, so
u cant really get mad if people dont like them either.. furthermore these
cars are old and made in an aera where pc games didnt support polycounts
of 10+k and highres textures. so all in all, these were very nice mods in
their time, but are well outdated a tad and would need to be redone or at least
retextured in some cases.

this just about "ur" models...

also u once said that u are doing this for urself in first aspect... doesnt seem
like it atm. also please dont go around and delete ur posts or lock topics
just cos u have a bad day. we dont do things like this here, this is a friendly
place unless of course its called for with flaming etc.

i suppose that pm up there was also uncalled for and stuff like that shouldnt
happen in the future ;)

i do the work for myself and sometimes i lose it in one respect or another,..anyways aplogies offered if not accepted no point on dwelling on it
