Refresh rate problems

If you experience problems with wrong refresh rates, after changing your graphic card drivers, like 60Hz or something else you don't like to have, use RForce to set the refresh rates you prefer.

The drivers I currently have for my GF2 have their own refresh rate over-ride control, but thanx for the head's up, I used to have a problem with refresh rate being stuck on 60, so I can appreciate how annoying it is for people.
