Hey, that car looks great. Apart from the fact that
there's no shadow on some screens but I guess that
has something to do with the game and not with the car...

Haha, good Aztlan so finally you're able to get it 8) .

And you all who are thinking about buying this game, I love it, that's for sure, but keep in mind it's nothing arcade like it more a simulation and it's a "simple" race game.

yo borg, since you have the game, Prior to ordering the game this weekend
I will like to know in depth your opinion on the game, how many tracks does it have, how big is the landscape?

how about the graphics, anything that I dont know

I just tried the demo, and the resolution is around 800X600, and dont have a clue how to change it, and is somewhat off screen, but i can see that the graphics are great,

Ok I'm playing the game at 1280x1024 and the games runs smooth without any problems.

+ Great graphics (but you've seen my screenshots already for sure > Gallery (http://www.theborggaming.planet-multiplayer.de/coppermine/thumbnails.php?album=154))
+ Nice EAX effects
+ You can add you own music (wma files)
+ Great driving physics, multiple possibilities to adjust the difficultiy level (arcade - simulation slider, AI slider, ABS, ASR...)
+ 110 cars (all Mercedes you could imagine)
+ Car damage model
+ 120 different tracks in 7 huge, total accessible 3D landscapes
+ Nice animated airplanes and some ohter stuff in the air

- Simple racing game, not spectacular modes, simple racing or check point tracks
- Less animation on the ground (no animatied people or animals or similar)

Like you know I like this game very much, the driving physics are great and as well it's always nice to have a look at the well done landscape and cars.

For the demo, try to change the resolution here "Config.ini" (Xres and Yres).

@sticky.. u need to model a lowpoly version of the car. the game needs
that to calculate the shadows. i guess the converter of that db5 didnt know
that or simply doesnt know how to model :roll:

DB5 was modeled by some guys from Synetic team. All user made add-on cars have no SYN files.
